This centre was set up in 1996 and undertakes activities like Housing Guidance, preparation of project report, design and execution of construction projects as per the directions of the client. We undertake the execution of projects for various Government and Semi government departments and also private sector. We also undertake the training programmes to engineering college/polytechnic students. We have three CEEF building materials production centres and Kalavara situated at Plakkad, Chittur, agali.
