This Centre was set up in 1994 and undertakes activities like Housing Guidance, Preparation of project report, design and execution of construction projects as per the directions of the client. We undertake the execution of projects for various Government and Semi Government departments and also private sector. KALAVARA is set up in Kozhikode to give the building materials like Cement and steel at Subsidised rate to BPL families and also supply Sand through KALAVARA. A testing lab is set up for the quality testing of various building materials, cubes etc.We are conducting various Artisan training programmein the Centreandalsointernship training programmes to Engineering college students .
